Business Reporting
Developed in-house based on years of industry experience, BSG’s business reporting combines a unique set of reporting tools aimed at delivering you the right information to all levels of the business. These reports provide a culmination of all of the information gathered from sources such as the BSG service desk, the BSG monitoring platform, benchmarking, each customer’s specific Continuous Services Improvement Plan (CSIP), and our regular customer satisfaction surveys, and presents this information in a meaningful and useable format that is useful to all customer stakeholders. Transparency in the reporting process is a key factor in the ongoing successful partnership BSG has with its customers.
For business stakeholders the reports clearly state how BSG is performing against service level agreements (SLA’s), outlines the monthly cost of the BSG service to the customer, and states the next steps needed to progress the customer along their specific CSIP.
For technical stakeholders the BSG reports provide specific details on how BSG performed on individual support calls, detailing time spent on each call, steps taken and the final resolution. These report also contain high level financial and business performance stats.
Report Delivery
All of this information is collated in a report pack that is presented to a customer either during the regular monthly and quarterly service review meetings or on an ad-hoc basis as required. All reporting is managed by the BSG account management and service delivery management teams.
Furthermore, through utilising our application development expertise BSG can create and publish key business reports for our customers using the BSG created Reporting Services Consolidator. The BSG Reporting Services Consolidator, built on Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SharePoint technology, provides a BI and Reporting solution that has been specifically created to enable organisations to make best use of the data they already have, converting existing data into business information thus offering better decision making capabilities. This delivers a risk free approach to addressing an organisations BI and Reporting issues by leveraging their existing investment and removing the time and cost burdens of implementing a new system.
