Outsourcing Services - Our Approach

BSG have a standard approach to all client engagements, based on industry best practice and years of experience, which ensures BSG is able to offer an improved IT solution based on what was there previously. At the very least BSG offers IT services that deliver you at least the same level of service that you are currently receiving but for less cost!
The BSG approach to improvement is based on a 4 stage methodology that enables us to improve the outsourcing services you are receiving – both based on your IT service prior to engaging BSG and as part of a continuous service improvement plan once you engage BSG to deliver a service.
- Benchmarking – BSG continually benchmarks its outsourcing services against industry standards to ensure that BSG customers are receiving the highest possible levels of service. BSG can also benchmark the IT services being received by a prospective customer against both industry standards and the services delivered by BSG.
- Continuous Services Improvement Plan (CSIP) – all BSG managed services customers have a formalised CSIP that continually measures BSG’s performance and improvements are made to processes, IT services and IT infrastructure in order to increase Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Cost Effectiveness. BSG managed services consultants work with your staff to implement an ongoing quality cycle to ensure progress over time.
- Customer Satisfaction - BSG carry out a Customer Satisfaction Survey every 6-12 months, providing insight into how customers perceive the service BSG provide and with this information BSG implement changes to our processes which are rolled out across the Managed Services business.
- Continued Investment – BSG has substantial cash reserves and this is used to re-invest in the business to improve the quality and performance of the outsourcing services offered and the technologies used to deliver BSG managed services. The investments BSG makes are based on the areas identified through the benchmarking, CSIP, and customer satisfaction exercises outlined above.
